Michele King Landscape Painter
A Native of eastern Long Island, I’ve always needed to live near the water. The beauty and calming effects are paramount to my sanity. So I guess it’s no wonder I ended up on another small island, Vieques Puerto Rico.
Primarily a landscape painter I am always in awe of nature. The greens, the blues and the splotches of reds and yellows scattered throughout the landscape keep our eyes moving and our hearts racing always with expectation. There’s a musical rhythm to a good composition. The challenge is always, to do nature justice with my paint and my brush.
